Submitted Quizzes Do Not Appear after the courses are merged into one.

Hello! Just like to ask anyone's help here.

We recently merged 2 courses (Course A and Course B) into one course (Course C). However, the quiz submissions of the students from course A are only visible in Course C. The quiz submission of the students from Course B are missing. What could be the reason for this or is there any way to fix this issue?

Did you cross-list the two courses together?  If that is what you did, cross-listing only moves enrollments from one course to another.  It does not move any course content or submissions from your students.  If you de-cross-listed those two courses, then all submissions would be visible for both sections.

In sort of the same way, if you had a regular course (not cross-listed with another course) and a student dropped the course, you would no longer see his/her submissions.  However, if the student re-enrolled in your Canvas course, those submissions would re-appear in the course for you to view.
