@jscaff , in Classic (Old) Quizzes, the only way to adjust the total point value for a quiz is to adjust the point values for the individual questions. Dragging the questions into question groups so as to assign the same number of points to all of the questions in that group is an alternative.
In New Quizzes, an instructor can assign an overall point value to the quiz, as described in How do I create an assessment using New Quizzes?
