Teacher's missing courses in "past enrollments"

I am a district admin and my teachers are saying they cannot see last year's courses in the past enrollment section of "all classes". Is there something I need to do to make those visible?

Are there any areas that you can pin-point that might not be allowing your instructors to see their courses?  For example, since you are an admin, go to the "Terms" page on the admin side of Canvas.  Is there anything in there that would prevent instructors from seeing their courses?

How do I use the Terms page in an account?

What about in the courses themselves?  Are there any course access dates (and any associated checkmarks next to those dates) that would prevent them from seeing their courses?

How do I change the start and end dates for a course?

What about the section start/end dates?  Do any of the courses have that, too?

How do I change the start and end dates for a course section as an admin?

Just trying to narrow down some possibilities here.  Hopefully you'll be able to do some troubleshooting on your end.  Keep us posted...thanks!
