How can I get rid of the text across the top of Canvas Speedgrader currently saying

Please be aware that the score displayed in the total column is the current score only, and does not take unsubmitted or ungraded submissions into account. To view the students unposted final score or grade, please follow the steps here.

I can't see the details of the student papers to access them while this text remains.

Hi Bronwyn,

We believe this is being caused by a third party software add-on that your institution has added to your instance of Canvas.  We reached out to your account representative earlier today.

Hi Again Bronwyn,

I just wanted to follow up and say that within a few minutes of your institution's admin learning about this problem they fixed it.  You shouldn't see that banner any longer.
