Greetings!
The college I work has a couple public courses (I think that's the right term) that students can join by going to Courses -> All Courses -> Browse More Courses. One of those courses is what we call the "Study Center" course. Basically it just provides a bunch of concise study resources.
As an institution, we're trying to track how many people are signing up for the course and especially how often (if at all) they are using it. Is there a way that this can be done in Canvas?
Thank you,
Tim

@TBaggenstos Do these courses require enrollment and have the self-enroll feature enabled? If so, you can use New Analytics within the course to see usage data and should have a list of all registered users. If it is just a course set to be publicly visible, you could try setting up Google Analytics. I haven't done this since the upgrade to the most recent Google Analytics, but it worked for me in the past. (One note: The course would have to have Public visibility, not Institution visibility for GA to work.)
