The api sis csv upload documentation says: "Diffing mode by default marks objects as "deleted" when they are not included for an import. If user B is created by import 1, and then user B is omitted from import 2, Canvas will mark the user as deleted".
When I upload an enrollment csv via the api (sis_imports.json?import_type=instructure_csv&diffing_data_set_identifier=T2021FA&change_threshold=10) *new* enrollments are added but students/fac are not removed once they fall out of the file.
Any ideas?
