[ARCHIVED] Unable to find Apps tab for LTI integration

I registered a free Teacher account for trying out an External Apps integration using LTI but I can't the Apps tab in my account, either at the account level or the course level. Can someone help what I am doing wrong or missing?

I confirm that the new account is a Teacher account and the email has also been verified,

Hi @karmicWarri0r - Based on what I found in our  (and then clicking the Comparison PDF), it looks like third-party tools should be available for free accounts. The "install" for each LTI would need to take place at the course level. To configure these, click settings then apps.
