There are several different Guides available for you related to your Canvas profile. Rather than copying/pasting all the links here, I’ll just direct you to the portion of the Student Guide where you can pick exactly which Guide you’d like to read through regarding your profile:

Hopefully these Guides will help you change your profile settings. If there are areas that you cannot change, you may need to reach out to your school’s local Canvas administrator or someone from your school’s Online Learning/eLearning department to help you with that.
