[ARCHIVED] Upload picture without using rich text file?

How do I add a picture file from Photos Windows 10 to send to my teacher when I cannot get the the text editor?  The picture files will not upload?

In case you still need assistance, could you provide more detail about what you're hoping to accomplish—an attachment to an inbox message, or completing an assignment, or posting to a discussion—along with the instructions the teacher has provided for this image upload or assignment?
