Use of logo

What are the copyright policies for the use of the Canvas logo? I'd like to use it for a t-shirt project design for my class but I'm not very educated on copyright and the legality of using the logo.

Hello Jackson,

First off, let me say thank you for asking!  Instructure retains all copyright rights to our logos.  Please to not use them commercially or modify them in any way.  I personally cannot tell you the strict legalities but as long as you don't publish it widely I'm not sure how anyone would know what you do for an in class project.
