Using Canvas App on iPhone (IOS)

I have videos embedded on Canvas from Microsoft Stream.  

I can't get the Stream videos to work on iPhones regardless of what settings I change.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there a solution?

I tried this with Microsoft Stream, but our instance is locked down to only show videos for users within our institution. I could get it to work in Safari on the iPhone if I disabled "Prevent cross-site tracking." in Safari settings, but this does nothing in the app (probably because it's not a web browser). My only suggestion would be to link to the video, which will open it outside the app. Right now, I don't have a solution for embedding the video.
