Is there any way to view my students video submissions without downloading the file?

Hi,

Are you allowing students the option to submit a "media recording"? This allows me to watch videos without downloading.

However students using that option cannot submit a written document as well (that is, it appears students can submit either a video or a document, not both; if the assignment medium is a choice, it's fine, if it is a written report and a video it's not so fine), so if that is needed it might be worth weighing up whether two separate assignments would be best or whether downloading is less of a hassle.
