Videos and images are not working in chrome browser

Hi I have crated an html interactive page with some videos and images and embedded it into canvas. I can see that videos and images are not working in chrome browser can you please help me out with this problem.

It seems like this issue also occurs for Safari.  Is this issue isolated to macOS?
