When uploading an articulate 360 Rise presentation to Canvas, I can see everything - except the images show as thumbnails.

I'm not sure if Articulate Rise is the same as Storyline 360, but I wanted to share this link with you just in case.  A while back, I provided some directions on how we were able to add Articulate Storyline content inside a Canvas course.  It may help with your question, too?  Solved: Storyline 360 Content Not loading Properly - Canvas Community  Again, not really sure if this will apply to you, but fingers crossed that it might help a bit.
