[ARCHIVED] What does every permission setting impact?

So I was searching today for exactly what every permission setting impacts so that I could fine tune the permissions for a new role I wanted to create and I couldn't find anything that describes this. I searched the old guides and the new guides and all I could find was What do the different icons on the permissions page mean?​, How do I set permissions for a sub-account-level admin?​, How do I set permissions for an account-level role?​, etc. Nothing that actually went permission by permission and detailed all the things that particular permission controls. Does anyone know if this information is available somewhere?
