When I click on "Dashboard" nothing shows up, only a white screen. How do I fix this?

Hi  @gjq915 I'm wondering if it is a browser incompatibility. 

Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?  
Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? 

Note that *Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.*
Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? , but your school’s support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.

So, I have gotten the same issue with Safari, Firefox, Edge, Chrome and Opera on Mac, iOS devices, Android, Windows and Linux.  This is not a browser issue from my investigating.  From looking at Baylors website, they have experienced this and have pointed possibly to Shibboleth.  When I did a view of the page in question, I noticed several several errors that failed to execute on the Canvas side.  I would ride Canvas support on this one to dig deeper.
