Where do students get help with login suppot?

Hi there!

I have a handful of students who are having trouble logging in to their accounts. They tell me they have signed up and yet when they log out and go to sign back in, they are receiving error messages. Can anyone tell me which direction to point them in to get assistance? They cannot log in to their accounts so they cannot access the help feature.

Hi Rachel -

There might be a very (very) tiny HELP link on your sign-in page. I know that many institutions have one.

Under the boxes where users type their username and password, look for something like this:

I know that your school may use a different sign-in process, but it may be a starting point.

 @rcucinotta ‌, Kristin has given you great advice. Based on your email address, I searched through what I think is the website for your school. Is this where students log into Canvas Hazel Glen College | Compass ?  If so, a very faint "Can't access your account?" link displays under the user name and password fields, and students can click on it to fill out the form and request additional assistance.
