Where is the Idea Submission Form located?

I have created an account on the Instructure website. I log in on my desktop computer via a browser. I have looked everywhere for the Idea Submission Form. I have asked the Chatbot and searched the Community and all I get is a guideline on how to submit the form. BUT I CAN'T FIND THE FORM. Where is the form?

I have an idea to submit. All my interactions with Canvas personnel, they tell me that it is a good idea, but for some weird reason they aren't able to submit the idea, and they tell me that I need to submit the idea. I have spent two days trying to find a place to submit the idea. Please just provide me a link to that submission form.

Hi @JayHunt ...

Thanks for posting your question about how to submit a new idea for Instructure to consider implementing in Canvas.  There is a separate space here in the Canvas Community where you can do that.  However, just so you are aware (and you may have already seen this, but I am sharing in case others are also reading this thread), the entire idea process is going through some changes right now.  The latest blog posting about this from Instructure staff can be found here: Turning Your Feedback into Better Prioritization and Release Processes: Our Path Forward.

Next, I noticed that your current "rank" here in the Community is "Community Novice".  Since you've indicated that you are new to the Community, there are a few simple things you'll need to do to "rank up" (similar to leveling up in games)...which will provide you more freedom.  This is by design.  Here are a couple Guides that will give you more informaiton on this:

You've probably seen one or more of the following Guides, but I'll also provide you with these links that are related to the entire idea process:

Once you move from "Community Novice" to "Community Member", you will be able to submit a new idea.  (You may even find an idea that's already been submitted that is similar to yours.  If that is the case, you wouldn't need to submit a new idea...to avoid duplication of ideas.)

The easiest way to get to the Ideas page to create a new idea is by going straight to this link: Canvas Ideas - Instructure Community.  However, from any page here in the Community, you can click on "Products" (at the top of the screen), then "Canvas LMS" on the left when the menu appears.  Then, on the next screen, you'll see a column in the middle for "Contribute."  Click on the "Ideas" button below it, and you'll be taken to the page I linked earlier in this paragraph.  Click the blue "Submit an Idea" button on that page.
