Why did the copy content (quiz) work with one class but not another?

I created a test in the new quizzes format in my master class template. I then went to the two classes that I was going to use the test in. I copied the course content for both classes. In my first block class, the quiz worked. In my second block class, none of the questions came through. After trying to import and or copy again I finally had to recreate the entire quiz in that class, then everything worked great. Why would the copy content work for one class but not another?

Unfortunately not at this time. I have to recreate the quiz every time.
