[ARCHIVED] Why does the partial credit for multiple answer only work in some of my New Quizzes and not others?

I am only seeing this partial credit feature for some of my new quizzes but not others. I have taken a screen shot of me making a new multiple answer question in two different quizzes I have. In one quiz, I am given the partial credit option, and in the other quiz I am not. Can you help me figure out why there is a difference?

 @higginbothamh ‌, I was not able to replicate this. I just added new multiple answer questions to several unpublished quizzes, and the new Grading option displays in each instance. Would you ask Canvas Support to have a look? How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor? provides general instructions.

Hey  @higginbothamh !  Did you ever get an answer to this?  I am not seeing the option for partial credit for a multiple answer question as well.

Don't know if this will help others or not, but I updated my Chrome browser and the option for partial credit showed up.

I haven’t seen the problem in a while, but I don’t know that I did anything to resolve it.
