What might cause an error to accrue when uploading a Zip File?

What kind of zip file?

SIS Import, Course content, etc

No, its just a regular file that contains one image and a PowerPoint. And despite numerus submission attempts, it would repeatedly show errors for seemingly no reason.

Any Ideas as to why that might be?
