[ARCHIVED] canvas videos NOT working?

I have a few Quizzes that I need to do but I cannot watch or click the instructional videos no matter what device Im on... I've tried my MacBook, phone, desktop and they all will not allow me to watch the video's I've ran out of ideas to fix this...

Hello,  @bdavi671  Welcome to the Canvas Community! Could you provide additional details about the source of the instructional videos? Are you experiencing difficulty viewing the Canvas Guides videos, or are these custom videos provided by your school? If the latter, you might need to contact the eLearning department of your school directly for additional assistance. Before doing that double-check to make sure you're using an up-to-date browser (Which browsers does Canvas support?).
