Hi all,
I have a student with whom I'm using Cengage's MindTap. While the grades carryover, it's not the MindTap grades that concern me.
We've put together separate/custom course of sorts for her. The rest of the class is doing, say, 20 assignments that display in Grades. She's doing 3 summative items of these. The assignments are 10 points each. I would like to have a grade for only those three assignments and not 0s for the others, but not 10 points either.
Question: How do I set no points for her?
Hopefully, that makes sense.
Thank you!
Marie

The easiest way to do this is to "exclude" that student from the assignment. In the Gradebook, you can simply replace the 0 with EX. You can also choose "Exclude" in Speedgrader. You'll have to do this for each of the student's assignments.

Perfect. Love the easy solution.
Many thanks, Susan!
