parent account creation problem

I can't create a parent account there is no link on the log in page. I did log in on my computer with my sons

info but when I go to his dashboard the outline of his courses flash blurry lines....why?

If there is not the option to create a parent account from your student's institution, you'll likely need to reach out to your institution's technical support for help.
