speed grader comments box can i make this smaller so I don't have to scroll down to submit

Is there any way to make the speed grader comment box smaller or expandable. Most times I write a word or 2 in the comments box but then have to take the extra step of scrolling down to find the submit button.

Have you tried changing your browser view setting? That works for me in Chrome on MacOS.
