[ARCHIVED] use cases for separating out permissions

All 11 of the Idea/Enhancement requests for having permissions that included add, edit, delete, remove, etc as one setting separated into multiple settings have received more than 100 votes and were moved into the Gathering Information stage. Canvas has begun asking for reasoning and use cases for why this separation is important.
