viewing the PowerPoints on assignments

I am unable to see any of the powerpoint that I need in one class. I am able to see the powerpoint from previous days but from one point onwards the screen shows that I'm logged in but simply states that I don't have access to the PowerPoint. there are a few other classmates with the same problems but the majority of the class can see the powerpoints. I've tied refreshing the page and login in and out several times. there is no problems with other classes just that one.

Have you tried reaching out to your instructor to ask about the linked PowerPoint presentation(s)?  We here in the Community don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question, so it would be a little hard to help troubleshoot this here.  Your instructor may have linked the PowerPoint presentation incorrectly, and the link may need to be fixed by your instructor.  I would recommend that you reach out to your instructor to make sure the PowerPoint file is loaded in the course correctly and that the link is not pointing to another course that you, more than likely, do not have access to.  (Sometimes, instructors will copy and paste a link from one course to another.  While that works for the instructor...because the instructor has access to both courses, it doesn't usually work for students...because students may not have access to the same two courses.)  Here's a Guide on how to contact your instructor: How do I get help with Canvas as a student? - Canvas Community.
