what is accessibility feature in tabs?

while creating tabs using HTML, there is a header Accessibility.  I don't know what that feature is for.

Hi @kwaddell1 apologies for the delay in reply. 

Accessibility is generally about making sure that the work you make available to your audience is accessible by everyone, including those with vision or hearing impairment. I'm wondering if that is what is being referred to there.
