why does it show my grade and when i go to the course it says ? haven't done anything and I can't continue?

My connection is fine and it loads perfectly until I open dashboard. I am unable to work on my course and I am already behind.

Hi,  @matthew_switzer  Welcome to the Community! It sounds like you are able to load Canvas since you say you can see your grade and you can go to the course. However, you say you can't do anything in the course. Have you been able to do anything in the course up to this point and something has changed recently? Have you contacted your instructor to let them know you're having issues with the course? I'm not able to tell what might be happening from your description so if you could provide some more information and perhaps even some screenshots (hiding any personal information) that would be very helpful!
