This is a nice option, however, it would help if the course list only showed active courses and indicated the term.
Completely agree with @lezonl2 .
That list can get very long for folks who are members of numerous sites.
Nice enhancement and do appreciate details like this which centralize where you can make these types of customizations.

I agree as well. Currently the list also shows courses that have a course or term end date in the past. That doesn't make sense.
It's a nice option, but we have many lecturers who teach their course in several terms, always with the same title. It's impossible to choose the right course. I would have expected more details by hovering over the course title or the same drop down as in "Import course content" where at least courses are listed by terms.
Thanks for the feedback. Our team is ensuring that courses can be more specifically defined within the list. Watch for an update in a future release.
Thanks!
Erin
Do you know if this update will allow instructors to be able to toggle notification settings for "Group Announcements" or announcements created by other instructors within the same course specifically? There are several team-taught courses in my program where instructors are able to see other instructor's group announcements from within the same course that don't pertain to the core course, and it has caused some confusion.
Hi @ryan_cloyd1
Unfortunately this change doesn't affect specific notification types. It only surfaces all course-level notifications within the user's account-level page.
Thanks,
Erin
I can't discover any logic in the order in which the courses are listed, is there any? It would be helpful if the courses were sorted in alfabetical order or by term (most recent term first).
Hi, all,
The notifications list has been updated to display active courses via term, and courses are arranged in alphabetical order.
If your list contains courses that are NOT active, please submit a support case so our support team can investigate.
Thank you!
Erin
