This is a welcomed enhancement.
I don't know about others, but I just don't think in pixels.

Hi

Is the percentage meant to refer to the original size of the image or the available space of the page? Currently, it seems to be the latter if you have an image that is say 50% of the width of the page and set the size to 75%, for example, the image ends up getting larger which I feel is a little confusing.

@r_morgan_1, percentage refers to "of the parent container." So if you have an image on a page and set it to be 75% it will be 75% the width of the content area because that is the parent container. If the image was in something like a table or div it would be 75% of that table cell because that is the parent container.
