This is a much asked for request, thank you! 2 items:

• In the release notes, it states "If enabled, the Assignment Default Due Time Field will display in Course Settings." I didn't see anywhere to enable this. In our account settings, I saw where I could change the due time for our institution, and in a sandbox I found where I could customize the time for my course. I'm fine with this setup, but am I missing an action that I'll need to take in production to enable this at the course level when this is released?
• The feature is currently set up as a drop down with all selections on the hour. Can this be changed to a direct entry, like it is now in the assignment due date field so that teachers can enter other minute increments? I imagine some teachers would want a default due time at the end of the class period, others at the start of the class period, and some at the end of the school day. None of those times will consistently fall on the hour.

I like the proposed enhancement for the interface using a picker (it would not be identical because what is used for other items includes a date) for preferred time so that it can be set to a specific time instead of the top of the hour or 11:59pm.

I would recommend creating an Idea for it so that it can be voted on by the Community.  When doing that, post the link to it here and I will vote for it.
