Student cannot create Portfolium account because they don't meet "minimum age requirement," but they do.

I'm the Canvas root admin at my school. One of our students can't create a Folio because it keeps telling her she doesn't meet the minimum age requirement. She does, though, and everything she's signed into and everything she has that's connected to her account has the correct birth year (2006). I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to get around the message or reset her Folio link, but every time it just automatically pulls up the screen attached. Help!
