Hi,

I am using Studio - Screen Capture and each time I try to save the clip (screenomatic) I get an error message. Studio allows me to upload files but will not save recordings using this plugin.

Is anyone else having the same issues?

 
 

Error: Host in basicupload.request.url doesn't match site in partner info!

I'm still quite new to using Studio so may possibly be user error!

Any help/tips will be appreciated.

Hi @LyndseySmith ...

Have you been able to get this resolved in Studio?  We also have Studio, but I've not come across this error before.  I would recommend that you reach out to Canvas Support to see if they can help with this.  They may be aware of this already, and so any extra information from you would be helpful to them.  Or, maybe this has been resolved within the past month and is no longer an issue for you.  If you want to get in contact with the Canvas Support folks, please follow the instructions in this Guide:
