Canvas video quiz problems for students

My students have been having multiple issues with Canvas Studio quizzes lately:

• The video freezing on an annotation and not allowing students to continue the video
• Quiz answers not saving
• The video randomly stopping at multiple points for no reason
• Quiz answers not saving if students try to exit and re-enter the quiz (due to the above issues they've been having)

Is this something other people are noticing and what's the potential solution here? I had students restart their iPads and they were still having problems with it. I generally like using video quizzes as formative assessments, but not if they're going to be this big of a headache.
