How do I move my videos from one course's Studio to my Sandbox?

Hello there  @krehersh  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  I'm not sure I fully understand what you are asking, but I think you're asking how to embed videos from your Studio library into your Canvas course(s)?  If this is the case, there is a great Guide that will walk you through the entire process: How do I embed Canvas Studio media in a course?.
