Thanks for posting on the Instructure Community!
After recording a video with Canvas Studio (more specifically, with screencast-o-matic, the video will become available in your library under your Canvas account only, after it finishes processing and uploading. That being said, there isn't really a way to pre-determine where this video goes in what module as you are uploading it. I always recommend creating a new page, and embedding it below.
Studio also doesn't really offer a 'voice only' setting. It allows you to record your webcam only, screen only, or both. Perhaps you could always use another software for the voice only, ensure it is in mp4 or MOV format, then upload it to studio that way, too.
