Studio Recording

I recorded a lesson in Studio.  Once I finished, I immediately got a message that said unable to process.  Does anyone know why or how to retrieve the video?

I don't think that Studio has a place where it stores temporary recordings, which (if it does) would be a place you could look for a recording. Your best option is to contact your local Canvas support team for their help. 

I’m going to mark this reply as a solution. I realize it does not solve your problem, but our colleagues who encounter the same problem will know the best place to go for a solution.
