Studio quiz results not showing

I'm using the Canvas Studio quizzing feature for the first time this semester, and it's been working great; grades are loaded into the grade book as they should be, and students have not reported any issues. HOWEVER, when I click on the Quiz Results tab, I see nothing. The other tabs (Details, Insights) work fine, but no quiz results. I've tried it on Chrome and Firefox with the same result. Any thoughts?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Canvas Community! I am sorry to hear the Studio Quiz Results are not available or visible to you. I would recommend going through some basic troubleshooting steps including updating your browsers to the latest versions since Canvas and Canvas Studio work best with the latest versions generally.  If after updating the browsers to their latest versions the results are still not displaying, I would recommend clearing the cache and cookies, close out the browsers, and then reopen them to see if that allows the results to appear. If this does not allow the results to appear then I would suggest reaching out to the Canvas Support team so they can take a further look as this could be something that needs to be looked into.

You can clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure you're viewing the most up-to-date information. And disable browser extensions that may interfere with Canvas Studio's functionality.

Thanks all, I had done those suggestions already before posting, sorry I should have noted that. Anyway the quiz results are now showing, though I made no changes since posting. Chalk it up to a temp glitch.
