Turn off comments on videos

I made a video but don't want comments turned on. I checked off on the video but it doesn't turn off the comments. A global way of doing this would also be logical (like google classroom)

When you're referencing video comments, are you talking about canvas studio? You are able to disable comments on your media that is embedded in your course when you disable the 'show media tabs'. This will disable the insight, comments and details tab from you and your students inside the course, and will only show the media itself. Please be sure you're doing this before you fully embed the media in your course.
