adding caption files

I am trying to add a caption file to a video in Canvas Studio and when I do it says error parsing the caption. What does this mean? How can I add the captioning file to the video?

Hi @ShannonCouncil , sorry for the delay in reply. I wanted to link this Studio guide just in case, although I'm sure you have seen it. My only thought is the file type you are using, is it SRT or VTT? If you are using that and still getting the error, it may be best to reach out to Canvas Support for further diagnosis.
