studio on ipad

When I try to embed and upload a video from my ipad into canvas studio; the plug button is not there as an option. Do I need to install something else for me to access studio on the ipad?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with using Studio on an iPad. The short answer is - it depends. Are you using the Canvas app or a browser on your tablet? Studio isn't 100% compatible across all different  device types with full functionality. You can read more about it here:

The second part of the short answer is - if it isn't working for you as intended on a tablet, then you'll want to use a real computer or laptop. It could also be your particular OS version and/or things like clearing the cache and cookies. Hopefully this helps.
