How do you trade your avatar for your picture?

Changing your avatar to your picture doesn't seem intuitive, or maybe I'm slow. Can someone tell me how to do that, pretty please?

@AaronSanns Click the Settings link below your name next to your profile image on your About User page. Then go to the Avatars tab. Or use this direct link.
