Navigating to My Groups

Hello,

I am a member of several private community groups.  Last week, I noticed that the My Groups panel at the top of the Groups dropdown was missing. My only options for navigating to these private groups were clicking links in my email subscriptions or locating the original group invite in my Community inbox.

Well, the My Groups panel is back, but one of my group hubs, "Manage Sub-Account and Course Access", is not in the list.  I can still access the group by other means, but I'd like to be able to find the link in the Groups menu.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi @leward that is a very odd issue. The only reason I can think of that you wouldn't be able to see the My Groups panel in the top nav menu is if you were logged out. Otherwise it should always show for anyone who is a member of a group. That being said, there are a few other spots you can find your groups. You can see it on your profile page on the groups tab, which you can access here for your profile: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/103879?show=groups

You can also see up to 5 groups with the most recent activity on the home page just below the My Recent Posts box https://community.canvaslms.com/ 

I'm also going to add a spot at the top of this page (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Groups/ct-p/groups) where you'll be able to see all of the groups you have joined in one place.

Thanks, @nathanatkinson. The tip to check my profile was very helpful.  And strangely, the list of my Groups in the Groups dropdown is now complete again.  I can also see that you added the list to the top of the groups page.
