As Chief Customer Experience Officer, my focus is on ensuring that our customers are successful and having a good experience with our tools and teams. We tried something new last year by offering free coaching sessions to help you, our incredible educators, leverage Instructure tools like Canvas and Mastery Connect. I am excited to announce the return of Panda Pros, a program to help you ramp up for the new school year.
Last year, we had great feedback from the thousands of educators who participated in our Panda Pros coaching sessions. Many loved the opportunity to connect with an expert, one-on-one, who could provide customized help for their burning questions. Due to the great response last year, we wanted to offer it again this year, with even longer sessions!
Starting next week (July 18 through September 18), we will be offering free, 45-minute coaching sessions with Instructure experts to educators interested in using any Instructure edtech tools. Experts will be available from 9 AM to 6 PM MDT Monday-Sunday, to help answer your questions. Our weekend slots were the most popular last year, so we’ve added more slots on Saturdays and Sundays during the Panda Pros event this year.
This is a great opportunity to have coaching sessions about a variety of topics, such as getting to know Canvas features like modules and SpeedGrader. You can also chat through the swap to new quizzes, learn strategies for formative assessments, look over your course with accessibility in mind, and tap into a wealth of expert advice. We know the semester-start season can be hectic and even overwhelming, so we are setting time aside for some of our top consultants to help answer any questions you have.
