Course Audit log Published Dates from Database

Is there any way to get the "Course Audit log" Published dates from the Canvas database?

Problem: It seems like currently the only way to get this information is from the Course Audit log API command.

Background: A dean wants to be able to run an SQL report that contains the information that he can see from the Course Admin Tools that shows the Date of the Published Type event for the course. They would like to be able to run an SQL command rather than clicking through each course one by one in the web page to get the Published date.
