I'm wondering how I can link Echo360 exports csv's with my Canvas data files in a visualisation tool. The unique values in the export are the Canvas User ID and the Email Address columns. However, the Canvas User ID (alpha numeric and about 30 characters) bears no relation to the User ID in the Canvas files (numeric and about half the number of characters). I can't see an email address in the Canvas files either.
Has anyone managed to link these data sets?
