Enrollment Term in course_section_dim

I ran a query and found that the enrollment_term_id in the course_section_dim table was blank for all our course sections. I was wondering if that is a bug as the sections.csv in the Canvas SIS files do not contain a term field (only the courses.csv file does). Is anyone else having that issue?
