Is the data from New Quizzes available in CD2?  If so, in which table(s)?

No, unfortunately it is not yet available. We are working on it as you might see from the public roadmap .

Not sure what you are looking for but the NQ team has put together some alternative APIs until we onboard them: https://canvas.instructure.com/doc/api/new_quizzes_reports.html
