Regarding Canvas Data Sync Integration

I am going to sync canvas data to my own LMS system. But I cannot understand what account should i need have to do that. How do my developers get an access token or "client_secrect" in order to meet data sync integration? In the Login option, I saw the "Elevate Data Sync" login option. But I cannot use that account.  My developers mentioned in your Elevate Data Sync API documentation you guys mentioned developers must have an account call "Kimono". Can you please give me instructions to archive this?
